Then you are blind. And it's very very different. See my previous posts for reasons why.

gotta respectfully dissagree with you here.....how is it that 'its not the pilots fault' when TSA flew 10 of AMRs EMBs and AMR STILL owns them and its not the pilots fault when all the other regionals throw banana peels infront of each other to get the flying? It really seems here that regional pilots get all upset when the tables get turned on them and suddenly the banana peel is under their feet. I dont like what Trans States Holdings did with this Gojet thing......but really....its the same thing that happens everyday in this industry......
To add....I would tell a new pilot just starting out to stay away from them and find a good job flying turbo props for the quick and vaulable pic time......however for guys that have paid their dues and are furloughed or have been waiting for over 7 years to upgrade.....go for it....it wont hurt you at all.....it wont thats the truth

Even the worst teams have cheerleaders.
You are not going to single handedly change all of our minds. Yes this industry is crap, yes this type of sh*t has been done before, and going to go jets will give you "jet flying" experience and only ban you for 8 / 10 majors. But, what all this go jet bashing proves is that a whole lot of people are p*ssed off about mgmt screwing pilots. All this anger and rage will, I hope, lead to a better industry in five or ten years. If we let mgmt push us around and we do not stand up for it, or we do not do our best to punish those affiliated with the evil, then we are waving a white flag and bending over to take the broom stick.
Pilots going to work for GoJets are, if they know it or not, supporting everything that this industry does not need. In doing that, they are on my sh*t list forever.

so when are we going after all the other pilots that work for companies that are growing at mainline expense and jobs?....its rampant....you cant blame the GJ pilots without lumping in many MANY more :-) I think we are all a little to blame....and like i said i dont work for Gojet.....but i would and am considering it
btw im done....this is too exhausting......its easier to just get along with everyone......have fun with that anger bro :-) life is too short to be upset about the small stuff

Internet anger serves no purpose, therefore I do not get angry at posters/posers like you. I do on the other hand hope you will see the light, and quit your job at GoJets. All in all, I got you to give up....so something was won. Now turn your id badge around and go to work.
Happy Holidays!!

hey goarmy, if your an RJFO somewhere that's so bad you're thinking about jumping ship to gojet, then i'm very very very very sorry for you and the horrible situation you must be living in....there are plenty of better operations out there that'd hire you....i'd hope.

I'll explain this one more time for the benefit of the army guy. The difference between pilots everywhere else and you is that they didn't join a company specifically created for the purpose of skrewing pilots. Just about every other company, including TSA, already existed and already had existing flying. The fact that their management was able to win a contract was outside their control. But you joined an alter ego airline, I'm sure you've seen the stickers. An alter ego, is a company created by management for the sole purpose of skrewing over and existing pilot group. This is what seperates GoJets and Freedom A listers, from everyone else. You can try and convince yourself that they're the same as everyone else, but the rest of us know better.

We know exactly what you are talking about....You are talking about the NO ALTER EAGLE stickers that came out when trans states stole flying and upgrades from American EAgle...as well as ten of their airplanes by the way they still operate....what goes around comes around.

You keep coming back to TSA flying Eagle's planes, dicknose - but there's a huge difference. Both groups are ALPA carriers, owned by completely different entities. You're owned by the same guy who owns us.
Oh well, I guess we'll just wait to see what you say when Hulas turns around and gives your job to somebody willing to fly an E170 for $16/hour.
