I’ve been to other EWC’s and I can tell you this place in Frederick is managed very poorly. While the estheticians are great, they are forced to work at a fast pace. It is very hard to book appointments because they are always booked, and when you go in for your appointment, you feel rushed, like you’re just a number. Hire more estheticians or book less appointments in one day, simple as that. If you are late to your appointment by 8 minutes, they will not take you. This place place only cares about the profit, and its evident. Work on your customer service, please.

They loop you into a package for multiple waxes, but don’t have enough aestheticians to accommodate the demand so it is so hard to book a time that fits your schedule. When you are a couple minutes late they will tell you to reschedule but it is ok for them to be a couple minutes behind. This place is a scam! Just another big corporate company taking advantage of its employees and clients. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Thanks for the absolute WORST COSTOMER SERVICE ever European Wax Center in Fredrick, MD. A costumer has an appointment at 6:45 PM and arrives through the door at 6:55 PM and is denied her appointment. A customer with a baby stroller in hand – explaining how she was looking for parking. Yet, you denied seeing her for her appointment because she was 10 minutes late. Even after explaining that she traveled from WV. smh.

Called a canceled an appointment because i had to deal with a family emergency within their policy and rescheduled an appointment. I show up on my rescheduled date and time and I have no appointment. The front desk is the worst.

First and foremost Asia is a phenomenal waxer and she is 10/10 gold stars! The actual center itself has poor communication, at least from their management team. I had an appointment in January. I received a Brazilian and an eyebrow waxing. The Brazilian was prepaid for in a package. I paid $21 for the eyebrow wax and tip on my card. After leaving the center, I received a call that they accidentally closed out another clients account/session instead of mine when I was checked out. The first transaction was supposed to be refunded and they conducted a second transaction- without my approval- and closed out my account/session for that day. I was supposed to receive my refund within 3-5 business days.

Best decision I’ve ever made. She is always ready on time and really prioritizes quick and efficient work. The service is always worth the money and she never misses. It’s also super easy to hold a conversation with her, which makes the time fly by. I’ve already referred others to her and I would refer anyone else in a heartbeat. Critical:ProfessionalismThe business owner was the front desk person my third time to go there and was rude. She clearly doesn’t care to keep customers. Or maybe she thinks she has enough to keep her business going. That she didn’t care to help me.I was waiting to get my eyebrows done and I over heard the lady at the desk talking about memberships to save money to another customer.I made a comment stating oh that’s so cool! I never knew y’all had this. Is this new?After my appointment I was about to sign up for the unlimited pass for my underarms and then a pass for my eyebrows. I said cool three free if I sign up. She said that’s first time guest only. I said well no one offered me this when I came for my first time. I asked to speak with the manager so maybe they could assist. The lady at the desk responded with, “I’m the owner and it’s not your first time so you can’t get that offer. And that all customers are offered the membership package on their first time visit.” I informed her that yes I got my first wax free, but wasn’t offered any membership packages.The owner clearly doesn’t think her employees can forget to offer something to guest. I was so excited about the package deal too. Now I’m just disappointed because the employees that do the waxing are awesome.I literally paid and said please go ahead and cancel all of my future appointments I’m going to take my business elsewhere.
